<p>1. Stay away from pollution</p>
<p>Live away from high traffic area, chose work place around green if you can. Have your window up when you drive on the freeway.</p>
<p>2. Drink water</p>
<p>Drink at least 1 litter clean water per day. Do not drink tab water, do not drink the bottle of the water that has been left in your car.</p>
<p>3. Healthy cooking</p>
<p>Stay organic and raw food instead of process food, avoid white, such as white bread, white rice and white sugar. Instead choose whole wheat, brown rice, brown sugar and natural ingredients, reduce sugar, butter and oil when you cook.</p>

<p>4. Snacks</p>
<p>Eat healthy snacks like nuts and dry fruit, instead of chips, candy bars. Add fresh fruit to your snack selection. Make your own shake with fruit like berries, banana, oat, wheat brain, almond milk and protein powder, adding some green leaves is optional.</p>
<p>5. Eat green daily</p>
<p>Salad can be your side dish or mix it with chicken, salmon fish as main course. You might want select dark green salad contain less water. Organic Spring mix is highly recommended.</p>
<p>6. Control alcohol usage</p>
<p>Drink less alcohol, stay away from cigarette.</p>
<p>7. Reduce caffeine</p>
<p>Reduce coffee, drink tea, preferably decaffeinated tea, such as mint and caramel.</p>
<p>8. Exercise</p>
<p>Walk 4 minutes a day or work out 4 days a week. Yoga is a good way of body cleansing, it also balances your energy, reduce stress and boost your mood.</p>
<p>9. High-quality protein</p>
<p>Protein is extremely lacking in most diets, which is important in either adding and maintaining muscle mass or losing fat &#8212; high-protein diets continue to out perform high carb diets in terms of fat loss. Protein powders add to the quality of delicious meal replacement smoothies, which more people will rely on for a quick breakfast as work schedules become busier than ever.</p>
<p>10. Smile</p>
<p>Smile lifts up your spirit, creates intention of positive attitude, it also reflects good energy among people around you. When you smile, you gain confidence and joy that bring you up to another level of quality life.</p>

<p>Since the pose is somewhat strenuous, start with a gentle warm up—like taking a short walk—before you begin. Kneel on your shins with your knees hips distance apart. If your knees are sensitive, kneel on a folded blanket or towel. Draw the belly in and up while tucking the tailbone down towards the floor. <p>If you feel you are ready for more, take your hands back onto your heels.  Press the hands down onto the heels and watch the chest expand.  You may also allow the head to release back in line with the spine, but you can keep the chin tucked slightly forward if that’s more comfortable.  Breathe smoothly and hold for 5-15 breaths.  Repeat up to 3 times</p>

<li>8 ounces uncooked pizzichi or whole-wheat penne</li>
<li>2 tablespoons olive oil</li>
<li>4  turkey bacon slices, cut into 1/4-inch-wide strips</li>
<li>1  small onion, diced (about 1 1/4 cups)</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon salt</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper</li>
<li>1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken stock</li>
<li>1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese</li>
<li>1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, thinly sliced</li>
</ul>
<h2>Preparation</h2>
<ol>
<li> Bring a pot of water to a boil. Immerse asparagus and haricots verts in water 1–2 minutes or until bright green. Remove with slotted spoon; place vegetables in a towel to keep warm. Bring water back to a boil; add pasta. Cook 14 minutes or until al dente. Drain; set aside.</li>
<li> Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add bacon; cook 3–4 minutes or until crisp, stirring frequently. Set aside; reduce heat to medium-low.</li>
<li> Add onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes or until translucent. Add chicken stock; raise heat to high. Cook 2–3 minutes or until stock has reduced by half. Add reserved asparagus, haricots verts, and turkey bacon; cook 1 minute or until heated through. Toss with pasta. Add cheese and two-thirds mint, and toss to combine. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with remaining mint.</li>

<li> 1 (2 1/2- to 3-pound) whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces</li>
<li> 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil</li>
<li> 2 coarsely chopped yellow onions</li>
<li> 5 garlic cloves, minced and divided</li>
<li> 1/2 cup dry white wine</li>
<li> 1 cup water</li>
<li> 1 cup chicken broth</li>
<li> 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste</li>
<li> 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano</li>
<li> 1/2 cup ricotta salata cheese, grated</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li> Mix cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Pat chicken dry with paper towels, and rub with cinnamon seasoning.</li>
<li> Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over high heat. (Don’t overcrowd chicken, or it will steam rather than brown.) Brown chicken in oil for about 4–5 minutes on each side. Turn frequently with a spatula. Remove chicken when nicely browned on all sides; set aside.</li>
<li> Lower heat to medium-high. Add onions and 3 minced garlic cloves and cook, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes or until onions are soft and golden brown. Add wine to pan, scraping up any browned bits with a spatula.</li>
<li> When wine has evaporated, add water, broth, tomato paste, oregano, and remaining 2 garlic cloves. Return chicken to pan. (Liquid should cover the chicken about three-fourths of the way.) Cover and simmer over low heat about 1 hour or until chicken is tender and cooked through. Add salt and pepper to taste.</li>
