There are so many ways we can prevent from different toxic, and live longer and healthier.
1. Stay away from pollution
Live away from high traffic area, chose work place around green if you can. Have your window up when you drive on the freeway.
2. Drink water
Drink at least 1 litter clean water per day. Do not drink tab water, do not drink the bottle of the water that has been left in your car.
3. Healthy cooking
Stay organic and raw food instead of process food, avoid white, such as white bread, white rice and white sugar. Instead choose whole wheat, brown rice, brown sugar and natural ingredients, reduce sugar, butter and oil when you cook.

This action will stabilize the lower back to aim the movement into the upper back. Place your hands on your hips, fingers pointing up. Lean back and lift the chest up to the ceiling. This may already be enough of a backbend for you.
