Simple Ways To Be Healthy

Live healthyThere are so many ways we can prevent from different toxic, and live longer and healthier.

One of the biggest problems in America today is lack of activity. We know it’s good for us but avoid it like the plague either because we’re used to being sedentary or afraid that exercise has to be vigorous to be worth our time. The truth is, movement is movement and the more you do, the healthier you’ll be. Even moderate activities like chores, gardening and walking can make a difference.

The trick to healthy living is making small changes…taking more steps, adding fruit to your cereal, having an extra glass of water…these are just a few ways you can start living healthy without drastic changes.

 

Stay away from pollution

Live away from high traffic area, chose work place around green if you can. Have your window up when you drive on the freeway.

Drink water

Drink at least 1 litter clean water per day. Do not drink tab water, do not drink the bottle of the water that has been left in your car.

Healthy cooking

Stay organic and raw food instead of process food, avoid white, such as white bread, white rice and white sugar. Instead choose whole wheat, brown rice, brown sugar and natural ingredients, reduce sugar, butter and oil when you cook.

Snacks

Eat healthy snacks like nuts and dry fruit, instead of chips, candy bars. Add fresh fruit to your snack selection. Make your own shake with fruit like berries, banana, oat, wheat brain, almond milk and protein powder, adding some green leaves is optional.

Eat green daily

Salad can be your side dish or mix it with chicken, salmon fish as main course. You might want select dark green salad contain less water. Organic Spring mix is highly recommended.

Control alcohol usage

Drink less alcohol and stay away from cigarettes.

Reduce caffeine

Reduce coffee, drink tea, preferably decaffeinated tea, such as mint and caramel.

Exercise

Walk 4 minutes a day or work out 4 days a week. Yoga is a good way of body cleansing, it also balances your energy, reduce stress and boost your mood.

Include high-quality protein

Protein is extremely lacking in most diets, which is important in either adding and maintaining muscle mass or losing fat — high-protein diets continue to out perform high carb diets in terms of fat loss. Protein powders add to the quality of delicious meal replacement smoothies, which more people will rely on for a quick breakfast as work schedules become busier than ever.

Smile often

Smile lifts up your spirit, creates intention of positive attitude, it also reflects good energy among people around you. When you smile, you gain confidence and joy that bring you up to another level of quality life.
