Los Angeles is in its own right an all night party, but its proximity to Malibu, Rodeo Drive and of course Hollywood makes it that much more seductive.

Paris

World famous city for it’s Eiffel Tower would of course qualify as  one of the five cities with the best adult nightlife. Check out the cafes and wander the wide and resonant Champs D’Elysees beckoning night-lifers from everywhere. The hottest discothèques in the universe began here and begat one and another one. And if you get lucky and can join a party with fashion models and designers, you’re in for a real treat.

San Francisco

The beautiful city with it’s Golden Gate Bridge earns a place in our list of five cities with the best adult nightlife, and if you’re homosexual or lesbian in gay-friendly Frisco, nobody minds at all. Fisherman’s Wharf, the Mission district, Geary street,Telegraph, and Nob Hill present the cool nightlife possibilities. Nearby sister cities Berkeley and Oakland offer a realm of choices. There is always the backdrop of San Francisco fog and those odd up and down hills to add mystery to the morning after on your way to breakfast.

Margarita On The Rocks

With warm summer  nights upcoming and you’re out with friends having a good time or hosting a party on your own, it’s always a gret idea to watch your waistline while drinking.

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a “light” Margarita. It is light and refreshing because most Margarita recipes include sweet and sour or Margarita mix which usually contain a large amount of sugar and hence lots of calories.

You can make frozen Margarita by blending the drink with ice or simply serve it on the rocks.

What we will need:

• Ice
• 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 2 oz. white tequila 100 percent agave
• 1 tsp. of triple sec, Grand Marnier or Cointreau

If you desire a frozen Margarita, combine all of the ingredients in a blender. Your blender needs to be powerful enough to crush the ice in fine pieces, otherwise I suggest you opt for a Margarita in the rocks. How To Get The Smooth Skin You Desire And Keep It?

• Salicylic acid washes are great for freshening your skin. Stay away from astringents and lotions that have a cooling effect, especially on freshly-shaven areas. Apply a lotion that does not contain ethyl or isopropyl alcohol. While alcohol and alcohol-based products may feel cooling, they don’t really soothe irritated skin because alcohol evaporates rapidly from the skin.
• To blend out spots like old pimples and bug bites, use a fade gel or cream. Hydroquinone-spiked fading creams reduce the production of new melanin and help to whisk away existing spots. Newer fading formulas use botanicals purported to help disperse existing pigment clusters into less noticeable particles.
• Lotions that slow hair growth on the face and body can help with uneven coloring. To get rid of facial hair, threading may be better than waxing, since there’s less of a chance of hyper-pigmentation.

Dark Toned Skin – you should focus on keeping your skin tone even and taking preventative measures against acne

• Wash your skin with a salicylic acid cleanser to prevent breakouts, followed by an anti-blemish oil-free moisturizer. Sunscreen is still a must, even with darker skin.
• Use a rich body moisturizer such as Shea or Cocoa Butter that won’t wear off during the day to avoid the dread ashiness.
• For the body, shower gel is generally better than soap since it’s not as drying, unless you use a moisturizing soap.
• Ingrown hairs are a big problem when shaving. Use a sharp razor, thick shave cream or even hair conditioner and finish up with Bikini Bare razor bump gel or cream.

Confidence

Your eyes  met for just a few seconds, and again you looked away. When you looked back up, he was speaking with some other persons. Was he viewing you as you scrambled? Or were you shaping that up? The third-generation Kindle, including Wi-Fi connectivity for $139, is the least expensive mainstream e-reader available, and the $189 3G version undercuts all other e-readers with mobile broadband connections.

Both models of the new Kindle come with a higher contrast eInk screen, double of the previous capacity. Battery life lasts up to one month even when frequently used, according to Amazon. The Amazon Kindle is now home in a stylish graphite-colored chassis and retains the 6-inch screen despite a 21 per cent smaller casing, by reducing gaps between buttons on the keyboard.

The device boasts 4GB of storage, and with 3G connectivity and Amazon’s international cloud means you’ll be able to instantly browse and download ebooks in a host of countries with a 3G network.

We expect e-book sales growth to keep up, predicting Kindle books will outsell paperbacks on Amazon.com in the next nine months to a year. And we just love this device, it’s great to bring on vacation and read the world while sunbathing at the beach.

Kara DioGuardi

“American Idol” connected sources announced that Kara DioGuardi has had her final saying on “American Idol” — she has been fired.

Also Ellen DeGeneres has quit the show and will not judge for another season.

Instead, a deal with Jennifer Lopez is apparently sealed and Steven Tyler (Aerosmith) will complete the three judge panel. An unexpected problem with J-Lo’s contract would be the only slight chance left for Kara to survive.

Simon Cowell has announced and already left American Idol at the end of last season to start his own show in England.

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom

The reliable New York Post informs us about a development of yet another Kardashian show — this time in the spot light is Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom, setting up their new home and trying to get pregnant.

No info on which network will air the series, but E! already supports Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami so it would be only obvious for Khloe and Lamar to enbed themselves further into the mix, too.

If you are up to date Keeping Up With the Kardashians, you know Khloe has barely made an effort with unpacking their wedding gifts. So the show will probably be a lesson in the dangers of poor time management and the headaches of deciding where the paintings and antique Dalmatian sculptures should go in their 8,347 square foot mansion.

But let’s not forget how observing them furnish their house will be exponentially more excruciating if Khloe has any trouble getting knocked up. Having a baby has always been Khloe’s top priority since they got married, but E! must have added in the “redecorating the Odom house” aspect of the show because E! was unwilling to pay Khloe and Lamar just for trying to create a little person. If the Odoms are really keen on the show revolving around that aspect of their lives, they should hightail it over to MTV, who would surely rearrange its lineup to welcome them.

Sleep and Sports are a perfect match

Sleep and Sports go well together: who is physically active will regularly get better, deeper and relaxed sleep, and improve ones general well-being. This is the result of a study performed by the University of Basel, Switzerland. Swiss researchers studied nearly 500 young people at the age of about 17 years over a prolonged period of time. Slightly more than half of all participants actively moved around several hours every day doing soccer practice, swim, walk or just spent time in fresh air, while the others were significantly less active. The resulting analysis showed this: the sporting youngsters could fall asleep faster, enjoy better sleep and were able to concentrate better during the day.

Sleep & Sport: Men benefit even more

Especially the lazy ones among the participants were encountering tiredness during the day and suffered more often from depressions and anxiety. That should be reason enough to encourage everyone to get up and become more active. Our advice: If you want better sleep, you should put together a training or workout plan, but not too late in the evening, because the cycle usually get you too hyped up to sleep well. Incidentally, the positive effect of regular exercise was more significant in men than women.
